Illustration for Games
I create character illustrations, CG scenes, and game sprites with multiple variations, including different poses, facial expressions, outfits, and other character states. I also create promotional artwork for visual novels, indie games, and other interactive projects.

GENERAL TERMS AND COPYRIGHTS1. English is not my native language, so please avoid using overly complex phrases or unclear abbreviations.
2. I am always open to questions! If anything is unclear, feel free to contact me anytime.
3. I reserve the right to decline any commission if the client does not follow these terms or behaves disrespectfully.
4. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The commissioner receives personal, non-commercial usage rights only.You may repost the WEB version of the finished artwork anywhere, provided that:
⋆ Proper credit is given to me (ZHADART);
⋆ My watermark remains visible and unaltered.5. I may use commissioned artwork for my portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.
If you would like your commission to remain private, please inform me before payment. Private commissions include a 100% additional fee.
6. If your commission needs to be completed by a specific deadline, please inform me before payment. Rush fees may apply depending on the deadline and complexity (usually +30%).
7. The usual completion time is 30 days, depending on complexity and my current workload.
Please avoid sending daily progress requests, as frequent interruptions may slow down the workflow. You can track the general commission progress through my Trello board:

Please do not use my artwork for any AI-related purposes.
This includes:
⋆ Training or improving AI models;
⋆ Uploading my artwork to AI generators;
⋆ AI-based animation, enhancement, or modification;
⋆ Dataset collection or style imitation;
⋆ Creating derivative works through machine learning tools.
My artwork is created by hand with personal effort, emotion, and artistic intent. Using it for AI purposes violates my rights as the artist.

1. All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payments in other currencies are welcome if they match the current equivalent value.
2. Payment is usually required before the sketch approval, but payment after sketch approval may be available upon agreement.3. Available payment methods:

⋆ Other payment methods may be discussed individually.4. Payment plans are available for commissions over $200. Please discuss this with me before payment.
5. Refunds are not available after payment has been made.
6. Payment must be completed within 24-48 hours after the invoice is sent. Otherwise, the commission may be canceled and the sketch rights remain with me.
7. Minor corrections caused by my mistakes are free of charge. Additional edits, new sketches, or major changes requested by the client may require an extra fee.✧✧✧WORK PROCESS1. You send information about your commission: references, description, ideas, and additional details.
2. I discuss the details with you and confirm the commission.
3. After payment, I create the sketch and send it for approval. Edits can be made at this stage.
4. I create the colored lineart/render stage and send it for final approval.
5. I deliver the finished artwork.You will receive:
⋆ A WEB version with my watermark for publishing;
⋆ A high-resolution version without my watermark for personal use
(via Google Drive or email).
