Icon can be simple or animated. The price is for 1 single character on the icon. GENERAL TERMS AND COPYRIGHTS1) English is not my native language, so please avoid using complex phrases or abbreviations.2) I’m open to questions! If anything seems unclear, feel free to message me anytime.3) If you fail to follow these rules, I reserve the right to decline your commission.4) I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. Commissioner is allowed to use the artwork for non-commercial purposes only. You are welcome to repost the WEB version of the final artwork anywhere, as long as:- You give proper credit to me (ZHADART), and
- My watermark remains intact and unaltered.5) As the artist, I may use the artwork for my portfolio, promotion, or social media.
If you wish to keep your commission fully private, please let me know in advance.
(This option comes with a 100% surcharge.)4) If your artwork must be completed by a specific date, please inform me before payment.
Depending on the urgency, the price may increase by 100–300%.5) The completion time is usually from 3 to 30 days, depending on complexity.
Please avoid messaging me every day asking about progress — it’s distracting and slows down my workflow.
You can track the progress of your commission through my updates here🚫 AI USE POLICYPlease do not use my artworks for any kind of AI purposes.
That includes:
- training or feeding AI models,
- AI-based animation or “enhancement”,
- dataset collection or style replication,
- or any derivative generation through machine learning tools.My artworks are hand-crafted and meant to stay that way — created through personal effort, emotion, and artistic intent.
Using them for AI undermines that creative process and violates my author rights.Thank you for respecting my art and supporting real artists ❤️PAYMENT1) Prices are given in United States Dollars (USD) if you are from different country you are free to pay me equivalent in your currency.
2) Payment is desirable before the sketch is approved but I can also accept payment after approval.
3) You can pay via Paypal (I'll send invoice)
4) I accept payment plans if the cost of the commission exceeds $300
5) Attention, I DO NOT MAKE refunds. If you make a refund, I will never work with you again.
6) Payment is made within a 24-48 hours, otherwise the commission is canceled and I no longer work with you. All rights to the sketch belong to me.
7) Minor changes or bug fixes on the part of the performer (me) are made free of charge. Additional sketches, major edits are worth extra fee.
8) A commission without a reference or with a lot of details (tattoos) without sources (png on a transparent background) can cost 20% more.WORK-PROCESS1) You send a message containing information about the commission, references, description, your wishes, extra details;
2) I specify the details, after confirming the commission, payment will be done;
3) I am sending a sketch for approval. Making edits;
4) I am sending the colored lineart stage for final approval;
5) I am sending the result.As a result, you get a web-version to publish with my watermark and a hi-res version without my watermark (via Google-disk or e-mail) for you and your friends. Please do not publish the hi-res version of it on the internet!MAKING THE PAYMENT IS ASSUMED THAT YOU AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS TERMS
